Everyone says Disney runs in Samantha's veins. She has always loved all things Disney, from dressing up as princess, watching the movies for the millionth time, getting engaged in front of Cinderella Castle, having a hint of Disney themed wedding, honeymooning in Disney World, to her ever-growing Minnie ear and pin collection. Disney has always been there with the never ending magic, and now she can be a part of that and help create those magical moments for others!

Melanie grew up in a Disney lovin' family! Her very first trip to Walt Disney World was when she was 3 years old to celebrate the home coming of her Father from Korea. A bit later in life she was lucky enough to live close enough to have season passes for several years which only made her love for Disney grow more and more. Melanie met her Prince Charming in 2003 and was overjoyed to find out he shared this love of Disney too. Together they went on their very first vacation to ``The Happiest Place on Earth``, Disneyland. Melanie has also enjoyed celebrating many other special events at Walt Disney World and Disneyland including birthdays, anniversaries, band trips, and she even ran her first 1/2 Marathon at Walt Disney World. Most of all, she loves sharing her passion and the magic of Disney with her 3 daughters. Melanie has made many precious memories at Disney over the years and would love to share her knowledge and experiences with you to make your Dream Disney Vacation a wish come true!

Robin’s first trip to the Magic Kingdom was at ten years old and she has been hooked on the magic ever since. So much so, that she and her husband went there for their honeymoon (which wasn’t as common is 1985 as it is now). She loved all things Disney as a child, especially on Sunday nights when the Wonderful World of Disney was on television and she watched with her family. Robin has raised her own children (now grown) on Disney and now they have a Disney loving granddaughter. What has always impressed Robin is the customer service that is provided to each person at the Disney destinations. That is their main interest – happy customer = return customer. Many other companies go there to see their amazing hospitality and learn their second to none customer service philosophy. Robin wants to serve her clients and future clients with that same hospitality and is looking forward to helping others get to their magical vacation to the happiest plan on earth.

Kary Brumley is from a small town in Louisiana. She is married and has two kids. She and her family love to travel and love Disney. She is familiar with Walt Disney World and Universal and the other Florida parks. She also loves cruising and has cruised with Carnival. She is the go to for vacation planning with her family and friends and she’s eager to help others experience all that travel has to offer.

Emily is married to her husband Jordan, and is a mom to Harrison. They reside in Concord, North Carolina. Disney traditions started with her parents and sister, and they have continued to grow over the years - taking them to Disneyland, Walt Disney World and participating in RunDisney events. Emily shared her love of Disney with her now husband when they began dating. A few years later, Jordan proposed in front of Cinderella Castle! Emily and her family have continued to pass along the traditions they’ve created over the years and now her son Harrison is equally obsessed and is always asking when it’s time to go back and visit! Emily and her family are Annual Passholders and her parents have owned DVC at Old Key West since 1996! Emily has helped her family and friends plan Disney vacations for many years and she can’t wait to help make other families dreams come true and create lifelong magical memories. After all, there is no place like HOME!

Kelly was born and raised in San Diego, CA. She grew up going to Disneyland and has been an annual passholder since 1996! Her love for Disney is fierce. Her first trip to Walt Disney World was in 2006 for her honeymoon. Since then, she has made it a point to go every other year. Kelly and her husband have 3 crazy children whose love for Disney is just as strong (guess the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree). Kelly has experience with all SoCal parks as well as Walt Disney World, Aulani, and always travels with her family and extended family. So large groups are her jam. She is known to her family as the vacation planner, and cannot wait to help you plan your next family adventure!

When Phil was 2 years old, his parents planned their first trip to Disneyland. Unfortunately, Phil was left behind with his aunt. It was not until he was 30 that he had his first Disney experience. Since then, Phil has been hooked. He became obsessed with RunDisney events and has participated in 34 events since 2013. He completed the 2018 Dopey Challenge to celebrate his 50th birthday!! Phil currently lives in Boca Raton, FL and is looking forward to sharing the magic with others through Believe Vacations!!!

Hailey is a military spouse currently residing in Jacksonville, Florida! She has two dogs named Loki and Thor and loves going to the beach when she’s not visiting Disney World. She’s always loved Disney movies and fell in love with Walt Disney World after visiting when she was ten. She decided to participate in the Disney College Program after graduating college in 2016, where she worked at Soarin’ Around the World at Epcot for two semesters. Her favorite parts of the college program were creating magical moments for guests and meeting fellow Disney loving Cast Members who are still some of her best friends! She became an Annual Passholder after her college program ended and visits the parks frequently. Since then she has experienced all the annual festivals at Epcot (Flower & Garden Festival is her fave!), the Halloween and Christmas parties at Magic Kingdom, and visited Disneyland! Hailey loves exploring the resorts, taking lots of pictures around Disney, and trying all the snacks in the parks! She has also previously been a Universal Studios Orlando Annual Passholder and visits their parks about once a year. She would love to use the knowledge she gained from her college program and as an Annual Passholder to help you plan a stress free and unforgettable vacation!

Emily’s parents took to on her first Disney trip when she was 5 and it was that trip that she decided one day she would work at Disney World! And she did! Emily made frequent visits to Disney with her family growing up, as an adult and now with her own family and has stayed at almost every hotel on Disney property. She has also visited Disneyland Paris, Hong Kong Disneyland and Tokyo Disney. She loves to keep up with all the new Disney comings and goings and plan wonderful experiences for all her family and friends. She has a “behind the scenes” perspective to help you plan a incredible vacation. Emily is now excited to pass along her knowledge to you to help create a magical vacation.

Alyssa lives in Maine with her husband and three kids. Going to Disney was a family tradition for her growing up and it is a tradition she has continued with her own family. When Alyssa is not thinking about Disney, you will find her spending time with her family, hiking, biking, and swimming. They like spending time outside. She also loves reading. She is a huge Harry Potter fan and loves all things Disney. Alyssa can’t wait to help people make magical memories.

Hannah's love for Disney started when she was four years old during her first memorable trip to Walt Disney World. She loved watching Tinkerbell fly over Cinderella Castle and never forgot the first time she experienced the magic of the Disney parks. Her love for Disney was reignited when her father took her on a surprise trip to Walt Disney World in 2014, after she graduated from high school. During this trip, she learned about the Disney College Program. She soon got accepted into this internship and began working at the Yacht and Beach Club Resort. During this time, she realized her passion was making magic for others. She was also able to learn and experience so much of Walt Disney World including resorts, shows, and dining. Since then, her love for Disney remains and she spends as much time as she can visiting Walt Disney World and creating new memories. Hannah loves helping friends and family plan vacations, as well. She looks forward to helping others experience the magic of Disney parks and resorts.

Cinderella sang, “A Dream is a wish your heart makes.” Jolene’s Disney dreams started as a five year old girl when her mom saved every penny over several years to take the family to Disney World! She was immediately hooked! She grew up watching every Disney movie possible, and even did her tap dances to Disney music at her school talent shows. The first movie she ever saw in a theater was The Little Mermaid! Now, with a family of her own, Jolene wanted nothing more than to take her two daughters to Disney World to share the love of all-things-Disney with her babies! She took them when the kids were four years old and one year old. She tries to go back every year to celebrate the holidays in true Mickey style with her family. She has run in the Princess Half Marathon, and has been to several special holiday parties over the years. Jolene is naturally a very organized person that absolutely loves to share her love of Disney with everyone! Victoria is an all things Disney lover, turned vacation planner. She was born in New York and grew up in Arizona. Victoria frequently visited Disneyland starting at the age 3 and has always been a little biased. She has visited the parks for multiple occasions such as school trips, band days, birthdays, and anniversaries. In 2012, she moved to Florida and became an Annual Passholder. Victoria and her family travel to Walt Disney World on a regular basis ranging from day trips to have lunch or staying several days on property. She has stayed at numerous resorts ranging from Pop Century to The Grand Floridian and is
fluent in Disney Transportation, Park Hopping and Dining! She can tell you where almost every bathroom is on property thanks to traveling with small children and senior citizens and is a little OCD when it comes to making plans. If you are looking to plan something more specific ranging from Disney Princesses to Marvel or Star Wars, she’ll have plenty ideas for you as she loves all three of those things to a great extent but has a soft spot for Star Wars. Victoria is fluent in all things Disney and would love to chat and answer any questions you may have! You might even find her in the park on your trip! Tell her hi and she’ll probably buy you a Dole Whip! Victoria currently lives in Dunedin, Florida with her husband, two sons and their two cats Zemo and Minnie.

Sekeitha’s Disney passion began on her family’s first vacation to Disney World when her oldest son was just three years old, and her son was chosen to turn the lights down for the famous Main Street Electrical Parade at the Magic Kingdom. That magical moment was such a memorable experience that she has traveled to Disney World six times and traveled on four Disney cruises over the last 10 years creating some of her family’s most magical memories. At the age of 50, her mother’s dream came true and was brought to tears at her first sight of Mickey Mouse. That’s truly what makes Disney special to Sekeitha's family. Every visit, whether by land or sea, will create unique, one of a kind experiences. She has experience with planning for small or large groups, families with young children and seniors, and an array of budgets. Disney has become “home away from home” for her family. Dana is a single mom of two teenagers and works full time in the pharmacy. Dana's love for Disney began with her graduation trip in 1998 when she saw her favorite character Mary Poppins. Since then she couldn't wait to go back to enjoy all of the magic again. She was finally able to go back in 2011 when she planned that special first trip for her children. Watching them walk into the Magic Kingdom was beyond magical. This is when Dana's love for everything Disney became one of her favorite things to talk about with her friends and family.

Maci’s passion for all things Disney was first sparked at just three years old. With a surprise Walt Disney World Christmas vacation, Maci was in pure amazement of the magic. So, of course, dancing with Mary Poppins and Bert in the Christmas parade only confirmed that this would be a love to last a lifetime. From Soarin’ Around the World, trying the grey stuff (it’s delicious), jammin’ on Rockin’ Rollercoaster in a stretch limo, chasing the Yeti and ending the night in awe of Happily Ever After, Maci knows that the beauty of Disney is one for all ages and that the excitement never gets old, but only grows with each new adventure! Having experienced Walt Disney World multiple times as a young child, teenager, and now adult, Maci’s continual trips have assisted her in having an abundance of Disney knowledge. She can help guide guests to the best decisions depending on age, party number, and areas of interest! Maci enjoys helping others and aspires to give them the same gleam in her eye she had dancing on Main Street as a little girl. Chad serves as a minister to college students in Northeast Louisiana. He is an avid traveler who spends most of his travel time at Disney Parks. Chad is a Disney Vacation Club member who has visited parks in Orlando, Anaheim, and Paris. Chad’s favorite park is Hollywood Studios and his favorite attractions are Tower of Terror, People Mover, and Soarin’. He loves RunDisney has has run over 100 miles around Disney parks in Orlando and California covering every distance from a 5K to a Full Marathon. Chad loves the Disney experience whether traveling with friends, family, or solo he wants to help you have the best vacation possible!

Mary Catherine known by most as “MC” is a a wife to Richard and mama to Henry Ray and Evangeline . She currently resides in Trinity, FL which allows her to spend most of her free time at Walt Disney World! Mary Catherine grew up in New York traveling yearly to Disney World. Her obsession started at age six when she won a trip for her family of five and stayed at the Polynesian in 1986.

Kelly was born and raised in a small town in southeast Texas but currently resides outside of Lufkin (in deep east Texas) with her high school sweetheart husband, Blake. Together, they have two Disney-loving adult children; one who just finished honeymooning at Disney earlier this month! (Their daughter-in-law is a Disney lover too! Score!) Even though her first trip to Disney wasn’t until her sophomore year in high school, since then, the only vacation she’s ever taken was to Disney! She and her family LOVE everything about it...and she can’t wait to help others vacation dreams come true!

Jennifer is known to her family and friends as the “Disney Girl.” She lives and loves all things Disney. It all began in 2015 when she took her first born child to Disney World for his first birthday. It was the most magical experience witnessing the joy on her son’s face and experiencing the magic through his eyes. She was instantly hooked. After this trip, she and her husband, Colten, decided to become Disney Vacation Club members. They officially made Walt Disney World their second “home.” She and her family would take 2-3 trips a year to Walt Disney World from their home state of Virginia. They also took their son on a Disney Cruise aboard the Disney Magic when he was two years old. Disney became the place to celebrate birthdays and special occasions like the announcement of their second child, a little princess. They visited so often, it only made sense to relocate their family to the “Most Magical Place on Earth.” She and her family moved to Orlando in 2019 and gave birth to their third child, another princess, at the most fitting place ~ Celebration, FL. They now live in Disney’s “backyard” where they can watch the Magic Kingdom fireworks from their back porch. Jennifer visits the Disney parks and resorts several times a week with her family and her fellow Disney moms. She never tires of the magic and loves to keep up-to-date with all the new happenings at Disney World. As a former paralegal and a mom of three, she uses her ability to multitask and attention-to-detail in planning the most magical vacations for her clients. Also having stayed at the majority of the Disney resorts from value to deluxe, she can use her own experiences to make the best recommendations for her clients. Chelsea has been traveling to Walt Disney World since she was 5 years old and sees no end in sight. Erica’s wanderlust and desire for adventure started from the early in life when living abroad. This passion for travel has helped her facilitate so many great experiences including international and domestics itineraries, cruising the Caribbean, and of course all things Disney. She fell in love with Disney when she went to celebrate her 1st birthday and was instantly hooked on the magic! She frequented the parks throughout her childhood to visit her favorite charters, ride classic rides like Mr. Toad’s Wild Ride, 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea and Space Mountain! She now lives a few miles from Walt Disney World with her husband and their three children. As annual pass holders, they frequent the parks weekly and see fireworks nightly from their home!

In addition, Erica has significant experience with many Disney dining locations. As a family affected by severe food allergies, her family dines out at Disney frequently because of the care and consideration that Disney provides to guests with allergies. When not spending her time at Disney, she can be found at other local theme parks including Universal, traveling abroad, or sailing the high seas on a Royal Caribbean cruises. With a strong passion for family travel, she’s always helping her friends and family plan the most magical vacations! She looks forward to sharing her knowledge of all things Disney, Universal, Royal Caribbean, and more with others so they too can have a magical trip!

Shayna is a Disney fanatic!!!. Growing up, she loved Disney. However, she never had the opportunity to visit the parks until she was an adult. It was then that she fell in love with the magic, and all things Disney. Shayna is a military wife married to her husband for 11 years, mom of 4, and California native. She loves sharing her knowledge of Disney vacations and her own personal experiences.

For as long as he can remember, Doug has been fascinated with the Walt Disney Company. Doug is a Pittsburgh, PA native and grew up in a household where they did everything Disney. Due to his family being members of the Disney Vacation Club, he was fortunate enough to get travel to Walt Disney World every other year since he was four years old! As Doug grew up, he fell more in love with the company. Watching documentary after documentary, he and his twin brother would test each other on Disney trivia dealing with park facts, movies, and anything else related. While in college, Doug continued his journey by completing two Disney College Programs. His first program was in 2018 and he worked at Blizzard Beach in guest services and was a slide operator as well. On his second program in 2019, he worked in merchandise sales in Adventureland at Magic Kingdom. In May of 2020, he graduated with his BS in Public Relations, Advertising, and Corporate Communication. He is currently finishing his MS in Hospitality and Tourism Management at the University of Kentucky. From his experiences, he has gained such a love for customer service and the hospitality industry. Doug loves to use his knowledge of Disney resorts, restaurants, parks, and more to help others plan their perfect dream vacation. He looks forward to working you to plan your next magical journey!

Rachel loves to travel in general, but Walt Disney World is her favorite place to go. She fell in love with Walt Disney World when her parents took her family when she was 9 years old. Now she loves to go with her husband and their four kids. Rachel's favorite times to go are during the Christmas season and the Flower and Garden Festival. She loves to plan her vacations and is looking forward to helping others have a magical vacation as well!

As a child, Austin grew up with a family fascinated by the Walt Disney Company, and the magic and detail that goes into all things Disney! Beginning at a very young age, Austin began his travel adventures to the Walt Disney World Resort! It was here that he experienced the Disney difference that everyone talks about including superior and unique entertainment, attractions, dining (character dining was his favorite), shopping and more! Austin fell in love! While his age may change, his young-at-heart personality continues to lead him to all sorts of Disney destinations and explorations. These journeys included one of his favorite life experiences of working for the mouse himself through the Disney College Program in the Spring/Summer of 2018. Now a Drama teacher, Austin continues to bring Disney experiences into the classroom to share with all students through content integration. After over 100 trips in the parks, including Walt Disney World Resort and Disneyland Resort, and staying within 15 of the Disney resort hotels, Austin loves sharing about his own Disney experiences and the most helpful tips/magical moments to maximize your Disney vacation!
